These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.  Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.citypubcompany.com/privacy-policy).  From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

By entering the “Let Spring Be-GIN” CPG promotion, each entrant agrees to the following rules.

The promotion will run from Wednesday 27^th March to 23.59 on Wednesday 8th May 2024. Winners will be selected at random on Monday 13^th May and then notified by Friday 17^th May. To enter, you must be aged 18 or over, at the time of entry. Employees of City Pub Co and partners are excluded from entering this promotion.

By entering the promotion, you are agreeing to be entered into the prize draw. 

‍

Winners will be chosen at random, from the valid entries by a City Pub Group representative and winners notified within 7 working days of the close of the promotion. The decision of the promoter is final.

The winners will be contacted on the email address used to enter. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and The City Pub Group will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Valid entries only, that follow the correct format and entry system will be classed as an entry. 

‍

There will be 12 winners in total. 

The prizes equate to a £100 bar tab and can only be spent at the pub where you entered the promotion. Service is at the discretion of the bar staff.

You may enter as many times as you wish but you will only be eligible for one prize.

The City Pub Group will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
